We need to unwind once in a while

The immensity of life within me
Sustain heavily by burdens of life
Encumbrances draining my well being
Deprived of rest I must keep going.
My Will to thrust life forward
Draws me to God’s creations
Creations of peace and beauty.
　Water rippling by my feet with gentle lapping sounds
Arms expanded catching breezes of freedom
Thanking the Lord as I unwind
My visage of gratitude tells it all…
As I rejuvenate ready to face life again.
